October 5th, 2011 12:01 PM EFFECTIVE 10-1-2011 FHA loan limits have been decreased in Clark County, NV.  This is effective as of October 1st on all FHA loans through the end of 2011.  Therefore, if you have FHA deals that haven't closed and they are above the new limits, they could be in jeopardy.  Check with the lender to be certain or you could face disappointment and an angry buyer.  Later this year, we may hear of the loan limits being adjusted once again in 2012.
